Coyote Hills Summer

My first visit to peaceful Coyote Hills Regional Park in Fremont, CA. The low, rolling hills there in July have turned their rosy gold. A number of archeological sites are located within the park, preserving evidence of habitation by Native Americans of the Ohlone group of tribes. This area of the San Francisco Bay is teeming with wildlife, and I was delighted to see, from a respectable distance, what was either a coyote (makes sense) or a grey fox.
